Daniel Hackett, otherwise known as Kid Culture, has proven to us that when it comes to following your dreams, your age shouldn't hinder you from success.
And it sure hasn't.
From Seattle, Washington, Kid Culture first began making beats at the tender age of 5! By age 16, he was being managed by film producer Stephen Belafonte, and he eventually moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue his music career. His influences including Kanye West, Herbie Hancock and Rick Ross.
In 2020, Kid Culture received a Grammy nomination for his role in YBN Cordae's debut album, The Lost Boy.
He also earned a #2 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for his production in a certain song.
That song, was this:
Amazing, right?
In addition to this, Kid Culture has also worked with artists such as Ed Sheeran, Lil Mosey, Lil Tecca, and Rich Brian. Those are some amazing achievements for someone so young! Culture is a clear inspiration for young producers trying to break into the music industry.
